Remodeling Professionals of St. Cloud, Inc. is a full service, General Contractor specializing in residential remodeling within the St. Cloud, MN area focusing on assisting clients in successfully realizing the potential of their current home. We will manage and execute your entire project from concept to completion ensuring a project that meets your design, budget and timeline requirements.

Chris Schellinger: A fourth-generation General Contractor in Central Minnesota, owner Chris has grown up around the art of construction and carpentry. The first Schellinger building was a timber frame barn built for the Undersander family south of St. Cloud, MN by Joseph Schellinger in 1889 where it still stands proud today. General Contractor Chris Schellinger, a 1992 graduate of Saint John's University, continues the family tradition while applying sound, ethical business practices garnered over the years. Chad: Nebraskan born, Texas educated, Minnesota import, 15 year Lead Carpenter Chad Savoy has a four-year degree in Zoology from the University of Texas. With a focus on amphibians and a passion for Longhorn Athletics Chad began his carpentry career by accident and found he had a talent and a passion for creating beauty in wood. Chad brings his experience, professionalism, craftsmanship and leadership to every project.
John: A boat builder and true craftsman at heart, John comes from a long line of carpenters and craftsmen. Able to "do anything" with wood, the challenge for John is never whether it is "good enough", but how good can it be. To every job, John brings an attention to detail that is unsurpassed in this industry.
Nathan: A Minnesota native with over 10 years of carpentry experience brings a high level of leadership and ownership to every project. With Nate's wide range of interests come a wide range of talents within the field of Carpentry. 
Cathy: As Office Manager, Cathy applies the skills and talents from her training and degree in the medical field. Cathy is the one that keeps the records, books and office organized and running smoothly.
